Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you. – James 4:10

Why is it hard to be humble? Do you think people will lose respect for you if you admit your weaknesses? In my experience, people respect you more when you are honest and don’t puff yourself up. Your relationships will be deeper and stronger when you can be yourself & not the “you” that you think everyone expects you to be.

God created you to be who you are. He knows your weaknesses. What good is it to try to hide from HIM? Embrace humility!
