My hubby & I had GREAT day today. Our morning was much like most Saturday mornings with a combination of doctor appointments and weekly errands. After which, we spent the afternoon in the kitchen preparing our “donations” for our church’s annual SOUPer Bowl Challenge. Each year on Super Bowl Sunday, we have a soup & chili cook-off followed by a dessert auction. When Michael & I cook together, the results are usually superb as we each help the other to improve out dishes. We ended up with Chicken Vegetable Soup with Mini Ravioli & Rice Pudding made with Mexican Vanilla.
