It has been almost seven weeks since COVID-19 gained control of my life. I am no longer getting up at the crack of dawn to go to work. There are no dinners out with friends or spur of the moment trips to the movies. Instead, I am living a mostly unscheduled, unstructured existence. Some days are weird & unsettling. The next day, I wake up full of energy ready to tackle every item on my to-do list.
Do you experience the same thing?
But through it all God has been ever present.
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. – 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (NIV)
Yes, it has been a “different” time!

It has been similar to what you shared. Some days you feel like you can tackle anything and some days you just cannot be bothered with anything. I think It is the stress of the situation that gets to us and can make us feel a little bit like we are on a roller coaster of emotions.

Yes I feel the same. There are definitely pros and cons to this situation. Although working at home has been a blessing in many ways there are things I miss about the office too.

I pray that will remember what’s really important & eliminate some of the busyness from our “normal” schedules

Listen to the song THROUGH IT ALL by JIMMY…There is a part where he says,”I thank God for the mountain because, If I never went through the mountain I would not have learnt how to trust in Jesus, through it all”….Be of good cheer Barb!
