I used to devour a book or two a week, mostly novels. But since I started my chaplaincy classes in January 2018 I got out of the habit of reading for pleasure. However, my daughter sent me a book by one of our favorite authors for Mother’s Day. I read all 472 pages in just a few days. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed sitting down with a cup of coffee & a nice thick novel. I do have a stack of unread books on my cradenza, I just need to figure out what to read next.
How about you?
That’s a good habit you’ve picked up! Good job Barb! 👏

That sounds so relaxing! Glad you enjoyed the book. I have gotten into ebooks lately, but nothing beats the good ole hard copy. 📚🤗

I’m an avid reader, and usually read 2 or 3 books a week – a mixture of fiction and non-fiction. It’s so satisfying finding the perfect book to relax with 🙂

I have finished reading a book dealing with some of Montana’s history, the Little Big Horn battle. I enjoy reading about history and biographies.

Sounds like a great book. It’s especially fun to learn the history of places you have been and/or where you live.
