My Feelings (AKA things that bring me JOY)

  • Holding a newborn baby – I love how they smell and how they snuggle in your arms to sleep 👶
  • Singing worship music – at home alone, in the car, at church etc 🎶🎵🎼
  • Completing a project – I love to mark things off of my list ✅
  • Coffee – I have 2-3 cups every morning ☕
  • Family Game Night – board games, card games or video games 🎲🃏🎮
  • Movie night – with friends & usually includes a home cooked meal. 🎬🍿
  • Spontaneous dates with my husband – it can be as simple as a cup of coffee on the deck
  • Bible Study – this includes quite time, small group & even some blog reading🥰

  1. Ok, this is so much fun! I do something similar on FB that I’ve been doing for years! I call it “happydays” – each day I have to come up with 1 thing that made my day! It can be as simple as “today is Friday LOL, been a long week!” or, “My 1 year old told me he loved me today! :)” Great post! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Other than driving a school bus, which I have never done, I can relate to all of these – so many sources of happiness!
    I’ll never forget the first time I did jail ministry. I was led into the room where all the women were, and the guard stepped out and locked the door. She pointed to a button to press if I needed her to come, but didn’t guarantee that she would. (I was very young and kind of naïve looking, so she may have been messing with me for the fun of it. 😉 )

  3. Nice post. I learn something totally new and challenging on websites I stumbleupon every day. It’s always helpful to read content from other writers and practice something from other sites.
