The other day, I stopped to do a quick errand between routes. As I climbed out of the bus, a diminutive older lady with a cast on her arm approached me. I braced myself for a snarky comment about where I parked the bus.
What happened instead put a spring in my step & a smile on my face.
She said, “Thank you for all you do as an essential frontline worker. I just wanted you to know that, I for one appreciate all that you do to keep our children safe & healthy”
Random acts of kindness can make someone’s day!

💓 I think that would make any 1’s day these days
with the way things are & how much hatred is going
