Remnants of yesterday’s field trip are winking at me from the kitchen table, reminding me of the enjoyment we had at the arcade. 🎳🏀🕹️

The houseplants are still in need of water. 😳

Several projects for school sit in the corner, awaiting transport to the classroom. 🎒🏫

In light of the warmer temperatures, I have traded cot coffee for iced coffee this morning; the kitties doze peacefully in their “tree”. 🥤🌳🐈‍⬛🐈🐈

Sitting on the back deck soaking up some sun beside the little (ok, not so little) electric snowblower I keep just for the decks.. It’s a few degrees above freezing a nd good to be outside.

I can also reach both covered grills which are ready to smoke with pellets or use the gas infra-red burners for quick eating or spur-of-the-moment picnics.

The old deck is dry after snow melt and I see some nails popping up in the boards…no bare feet till I take care of them.

I finger the remote for the big retractable awning as the sun starts to get in my eyes. Deck life sure spoils me.
