SYNOPSIS
Logan Silverfox comes to Whispering Willow for solitude—the perfect place to chip away at his stubborn writer’s block.
Lily Perriman arrives at the same remote but charming small-town retreat to find mental peace after a job-related shooting.
The last thing either of them expects is to see the other.
Five years ago, Lily abandoned their long-term relationship without a proper explanation, leaving no room for contact or any attempt at reconciliation. Now their “peaceful” getaways have landed them in neighboring vacation tiny homes—mere yards apart. With all of Texas to roam, how did they end up in the same place at the same time?
As old wounds rub raw, the holiday’s joy clashes with the chill between the two tenants of Whispering Willow. Can they guard their hearts from a second heartbreak? Or will love once again come and go, leaving them broken…in the middle of the most wonderful time of the year?
REVIEW
Just when you think you can make it on your own, new friends come into your life and help you find your way back to a relationship with them & with God.
This book has been on my to-be-read list for far too long. It is book three in the Whispering Willows series but can easily be read as a stand-alone.
I received this book free from the author, publisher, or other source. My only obligation is to provide a fair and honest review.
