Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza…

If you have never had it you may not be able understand our obsession with this pizza. Imagine a pie that is 2 inches deep. The buttery crust is filled with alternating layers of fresh meats, veggies & loads of cheese; it is topped with a hearty chunky tomato sauce. You heard me right; the sauce is on the top. Yes, it is extravagant but it is oh so good. We don’t always order deep dish, sometimes we eat “regular” pizza. But tonight, Lou Malnati’s beckons and we must succumb to the decadence within the crust.
