When I read this passage this morning, I knew that I had to share it with you.
“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.” – Colossians 3:15 (NASB)
My friends, take a deep breath and let God’s peace settle over you. No matter what is on your agenda today, it is important to spend time with your Heavenly Father and to allow Him to show you His plan instead. He always has your best interest at heart. May you be blessed as you trust in Him.
Amen! 🙏

Barbs, I need to get your perspective of what it means to spend time with God and do you do this yourself? and if you do, do you do it daily or a few times?I have a rough idea but i need to hear you answer this question in detail. Thanks.

Cynthia, In a broad sense ot means to stay connected with God throughout the day.
I pray before I get out of bed in the morning.
My devotional time is one or more of the following;
– My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers

…. When I tell someone I will pray for them, I do it immediately & I pray with them if possible.
I have a Bible on my phone & my tablet so that I ALWAYS have access to the Word..
I hope this helps.

Thanks, I think it comes from the work ethic that I learned from my grandparents. They were amazing godly people that never did anything halfway.
