If you have ever wanted to know more about the last hours of Christ’s life, I recommend that you read The Day Christ Died by Jim Bishop.

The book includes an hour-by-hour narrative starting from the Last Supper and continuing through sealing Him in the tomb. There are also several sections of background & historical context which help give a fuller sense of actually witnessing the events that led to the crucifixion.
