Why does the human race spend so much time complaing about future outcomes? Does whining about what might happen change the reality? No!
Please take the time to read this post from The Sacred Cynic entitled My Nov. 4th Letter . It may change how you process current events.

To add some perspective, Matthew 6:34 says “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
If things don’t go your way are you really going to move to Canada?
How about we all practice loving one another instead?

This blog post brought to mind advice that my mother gave me over and over again: Take one day at a time. She lived her life like that but, at the age of 67, I’m still trying to learn that lesson. It’s easy for me to fall into the trap of dwelling on the worst possible outcome, but thinking back over my life, I must admit that the worst possible outcome never actually happened.

That some people would rather move to a different country than try to love one another sounds humorous at first, but then there may be some who would find it easier to pack up and move.
But sooner or later, wherever you go, you’ll have to learn to love one another. May as well learn it here..
