Have you chosen a word for 2021? I believe that my word, abide, was chosen for me by my Abba Father, inorder to draw me into a closer relationship with Him.
It seems like every day I have an experience that reminds me of Christ’s desire for my life to be so intertwined with His that I am hidden & He is seen.
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” – John 15:5 NKJV

Are you being intentional about your one-word? Do you have visual a representation to bring the word to mind? Is there a song or scripture that resonates with your goals. Are there tangible ways that you can cultivate growth in this area.
My prayer is that by the end of 2021 I will resemble Christ more than I do today! I would love to walk with you in your one-word journey.
How can I help?

My word is ‘wait’.
I have been waiting, and waiting…
The Lord reassures me that he is with me while I wait for his perfect timing…⚘

My word for 2021 is Focus. Still seeking God on what He wants to do with this word. This month it was focus on my writing.

I have three words I am waffling between. But no matter which one I choose, my goal is the same as yours, to be more like my father at the end of the year.

I love ‘abide’ as a word to ponder and live with for the year or more! I chose it once and loved it. This year, John 3:30 moved me to choose ‘decrease and that is my prayer. I also desire to be less like me and more Christlike as the year rolls on.
