We were in Clovis CA for our son’s wedding over the weekend. We did find time to sample some of the local faire. Below are some of our favorites.
House of JuJu – 565 Pollasky Ave, Old Town Clovis, CA
House of JuJu features gourmet burgers and sides. I had the JUJU BLEU BOWL (Creamy Bleu Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Crumbled Bleu Cheeze, & Crispy Applewood Smoked Bacon on a bed of mixed greens and DRAGON LADY TERIYAKI SLAW
The Chicken Shack – 1108 Fulton Street, Fresno, CA
The lightly breaded chicken fingers are moist & flavorful.
Luna Pizzaria & Italian Restaurant – 349 Pollasky Ave, Old Town Clovis, CA
If you like fresh pasta & made-from-scratch sauces, this is the place to go.
Rehersal Dinner
We kept it simple with pizza, bottled water, cantaloupe & a turtle cake (I’ll tell you the story behind the cake in another post).
Kuppa Joy Coffee House – 518 Clovis Ave, Old Town Clovis, CA
This is our son & daughter-in-law’s favorite coffee shop. After my first visit I totally understood why they love it. Kuppa Joy is owned by Zack Follett who makes no apologies for combining his love for Jesus with his love of coffee.

Very cool!! ‘Dining out’ should be the sixth love language!! Haha!! These places look pretty appetizing.
I had to go check out the coffee shop website! I see why they prefer it, love that the shop includes God, so awesome!
