Did you know that with regular exercise, you will actually have more physical energy and mental clarity? You can’t do your best work if you’re tired, run-down, or lethargic.
If you have fallen into complacency where your health is concerned, you can start TODAY!
Take a short walk.
Use the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator.
Drink at least 64oz of water per day.
Find a workout buddy (or a couple).
Pray or listen to scripture while you workout.
