Share Four Somethings is a monthly link-up that [Heather] started back in 2018. The concept is to share the same four topics every month as a way to look back and recap your month. The link-up opens on the 4th Saturday of every month and stays open for one week. The topics for 2022 are Something Loved, Something Gleaned, Something Braved/Saved, and Something Achieved. If you want to learn a little more about the topics, we will be writing about in 2022; you can read more about them at Share Four Somethings in 2022.
Something Gleaned

This month I have been taking part in an OBS (Online Bible Study) of Margaret Feinberg’s Revelation: Extravagant Hope which is part of the Beautiful Word Bible Studies series. I will be the first to admit that I am not a “prophecy-girl”. I usually run away from it a fast as I can. But something (aka GOD) drew me to this study, and I am understanding Revelation in a way that I could never have imagined. It has not been easy but any stretch of the imagination BUT it has been forth the effort.
My review of the book will be published HERE on June 12.
Something Loved
Our son was chosen as employee of the month. He is very humble about it, which make my mama heart even more proud.

Something Braved or Saved

Something Achieved

We made it through our first full school year in what seems like forever. Sure, we had a week here and there when an entire class had to be quarantined and we still have to clean and sanitize the bus at least four times a day. But we made it. I like these better than “something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue.” 😉

I’m so glad to hear you are going deeper into His Word, Barb, and I look forward to your book review on the 12th. Congratulations to Mark, and I’m sure the sheriffs are so thankful for all he does to assist them. Great 5 steps! Great job for another school year in the books!
