SYNOPSIS
At first glance, Liz Danfield seems to have everything going for her. Coming from a wealthy family, she is young, healthy, educated, and beautiful. But in spite of all this, or perhaps because of all this, deep down she is very unsure of herself.
It makes sense that at the university she would major in theater. After all, theater is the perfect place to hide from one’s insecurities, from reality, from life itself. But now it is her senior year. Her theatrical career is going nowhere, and hopelessness and panic are settling in…until she meets the unlikely person who will change her life forever.
REVIEW
I first read this book a couple of years ago, so I was delighted when the author (Ann Aschauer) asked me to review the newly released audiobook.
Aschauer’s voice is the perfect compliment to this “love story”. I look forward to listening to more of her books.
NOTE: I received this audiobook free from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Due to hearing issues, I don’t use many audio books although I might try again with my new hearing aids. It sounds like one you really enjoyed.
