I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and appreciation from my students and their families this week (flowers, candy, gift cards, etc.). 🎁
That teal candle surely has a pleasing aroma as it flickers in the dark. 🕯️
I adore the feeling of the fresh air on my skin as it blows gently through the open window. 🪟
This week has been so crazy that I have let the clutter build up on the kitchen table…ugh! 📚

My Life in Our Father's World 
Looking outside of the kitchen window, the tall trees seem to be climbing to the heavens. Yet, my coffee cup remains full to the brim with today’s hope. Resurrection’s cross reminds that new life has been pyrchased for us. Meanwhile, a twosome in a canoe faithfully paddles on.

Pilot G-2 gel pens in four different colors make for colorful journal entries.
A tube of half used hand lotion reminds me to keep my guitar fingers moisturized.
A couple of unread magazines await my perusal.
As always, my Sponge Bob Square Pants coffee mug steams nearby.

We switch from School to Sumner Camp after Memorial Day.

I’ll tell you what I don’t see. After a really hard winter, I look out my window and do not see 6 feet of snow piled up outside, but little patches of green grass sprouting instead! Yay!
