REVIEW

The structure of this book includes a discussion of vitamin C and each of the B vitamins separately.  They were followed by a diet plan and recipes for those prone to deficiencies in water-soluble vitamins.

I received this book free from the author, publisher, or other source. My only obligation is to provide a fair and honest review.

  1. Sounds interesting. I follow blogs of several medical doctors who encourage more attention to diet and exercise and less to pharmaceuticals. The problem is knowing which of the latest “must have and must do” is true. Remember when saturated fats and eggs were taboo? Now we know that butter is better for you than margarine and eggs are great for your health in many ways. It’s enough to make you throw up your hands and scream!
