Sitting in a recliner by the front door, I see the pepper plants we brought in from the deck outside so they won’t freeze. At least 10 peppers still ripening.
An array of boots and shoes from summer into winter need to be thinned out. Summer stuff to put away until next May.

I obviously cannot count. #4 is…our little white dog seems to always lie on the floor by my feet, constantly edging over until he is completely on my feet…the ultimate foot warmer.
