Escaping Miss Bingley by Iris Lim [REVIEW]

SYNOPSIS

When a desperate Caroline Bingley tries to entrap Mr. Darcy in his bedroom, he quits his own chambers immediately… and heads unwittingly into someone else’s.

Distracted by thoughts of having Elizabeth and the Gardiners as guests under his roof, Mr. Darcy broods by himself in his Pemberley bedroom. Yet in the middle of the night, it is another female guest that tries to barge into his chambers, sending Mr. Darcy out his own door and, somehow, straight into Elizabeth’s.

It is not usually a good idea to escape a guest trying to compromise you by accidentally compromising another guest instead. But in this particular case, Mr. Darcy finds himself not quite minding the unintended result.

REVIEW

This novella includes a couple of unexpected twists in less than a hundred pages.  I thoroughly enjoyed the story.

I received this book free from the author, publisher, or other source. My only obligation is to provide a fair and honest review.
