The show streaming on the television is only possible because the technological snafu has been remedied. ๐Ÿ“ฝ๏ธ

A plethora of pillows and my favorite afghan create a warm and cozy cocoon. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

The patio lights from my neighbor’s house cast eerie shadows on my bedroom wall. ๐ŸชŸ

The cats are in the other room with my husband, and I need a drink of water. ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿˆโ€โฌ›๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ’ฆ

  3. My earthy, pistachio-colored pottery mug with an earthy teal sits chilled on my desk. A pink and white speckled small pottery pitcher sits on a shelf beside it filled with colored pencils, for journaling, highlighting, and for grandchildren. A stack of cards for handing out at the Hotdogs & Prayer ministry I lead:

    “Theย Lordย bless you andย keep you;
    25ย Theย Lordย make His face shine upon you,
    Andย be gracious to you;
    26ย Theย Lordย [a]lift up His countenance upon you,
    Andย give you peace.โ€ โ€™ ~ Numbers 6:24-26

    “Iย sought theย Lord, and He answered me,
    And delivered me from all my fears.” ~ Psalm 34:4

    My Christmas tree–all red, white and green, one side lit by the morning sunshine, the side facing me in the gentle shadows of a waking day.

    Thank you for drawing us in–I loved joining you in these 4 minutes!

  4. Barb, thank you for sharing the landscape in front of you.

    Sitting near the door of a coffee shop, the door opens again to invite the Arctic chill in.

    My hope is found in a cup of freshly brewed black coffee . . . warms me up.

    My ever-present writing notebook sits on my table.

    My table offers an empty chair, but my bag enjoys its “welcome” spot.
