Finn arrives at the City Golf Course next to the Bunny Bay gazebo expecting coffee, sunshine, and enough pastel chaos to last a lifetime. Instead, she gets a scream from the back nine and a dead caddy floating in the water hazard, along with a plugged-in vintage toaster. Nothing says holiday spirit quite like electrocution before noon.

Naturally, best-friend Birdie is all in. Beau is sniffing where he shouldn’t. And Queen Bean is carrying herself like she outranks the entire police department. The victim was disliked enough to inspire a line of suspects, including a sweet-faced dog-walker with a quiet temper, a law student co-worker with a grudge, and a fellow caddy who suddenly has a doubled paycheck now that his work rival has been eliminated.
