This week’s Five Minute Friday (FMF) prompt is SUSTAIN
<><><><><><><><><><>
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. – Psalm 55:22
Oh what a comfort to know that when we earnestly pray and offer our concerns to God, He will STAY with us until the trouble has passed.
Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you. – Isaiah 46:4
No matter what we face in this life, God is with us from out first breath to our last.
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. – Hebrews 1:3
When the world is spinnig out of control, our Creator offers peace in the midst of the chaos.
He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. – 1 Corinthians 1:8
At the end of our days, Christ stands at our side taking the shame and punsihment for ALL our sins.

That verse from Psalm 55 has helped me through some hard times. That load that is so heavy that I can’t take another step, I am invited to give immediately to Him! “Cast your burden on the Lord and He will sustain you.”

The sustaining breadth of God’s love, how could any heart ever claim their soul isn’t in need? They can, but that’s just because they struggle to be, in need of more than air… to deeply breathe! Blessings to you!🙏🏽✨
