The Character of God Word Study

As you have probably figured out by now, I am a visual learner. I’m sure that is why I am so enthralled with the videos produced by Bible Project.

The latest series that I have enjoyed is Character of God Series. The six videos in the series do a considerable job at unfolding the main attributes of God’s character.

And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord , the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness,maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.” – Exodus 34:6-7 NIV

  3. It was during a painful, doubt-filled time in my life that I really came to understand how very much God loves His children. His love is perfect, passionate, and complete. I remember this often, but especially when I’ve fallen short in some way. 🙂
