I have a busy day today so I wanted to get this posted early.
As you know one of my goals for 2021 is to do at least one 5k (virtual or in person) per month. This morning’s walk will benefit Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA).
For those that don’t know Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. (National MS Society).

MS is very close to the hearts of my wife and I. Our younger Ohio daughter has been dealing with its challenges for many years. She is amazing!
