One Saturday in February

I participated in daily writing challenges in January (Bloganuary) & February (Write 28 Days) so I’m a little behind with my regular posts. I hope this delayed February Foodie post doesn’t make you hungry. 😉

Michael & I celebrated his birthday (a couple of weeks early) at Claim Jumper Steakhouse & Bar. It was a frigid Saturday afternoon in Chicagoland, but the company was warm and the food was spectacular!

For dessert, we decided on Carrot Cake to-go. Our server snuck a slice of 6-Layer Chocolate Motherlode Cake in the bag! 🎂🎈
